We hereby inform you that West Cast in partnership with Regina University and Mistubishi Bank of Japan organizes the first International NGO/CBO Conference which is scheduled in Canada from 13th to 16th February 2008.

   

Your Honourable Organisation is invited to take part at the Summit .

 

We kindly plead you to find the Invitation Message in your attachment file.

   

If you want to take part, you have to address a letter of request for participation and we will send you the Delegate Registration Documentation which includes: The Registration Form; The Hotel Reservation Form; and The Airplane Ticket Order Form.

N.B. Your complete address must be illustrated in your Letter of request for participation.
